WHAT TYPES OF PRODUCT WILL YOU SELL?

At our cannabis retail store, we offer both THC and CBD products. Our flowers have a wide variety of potencies, sativa/indica/hybrid and terpene profiles, ensuring there is something for everyone. We also offer sprays, oils, capsules, concentrates, edibles, and cannabis accessories, including trays, local hand-crafted glass pipes and bongs, vaporizers, and rolling papers. CANNABIS 101

Also widely known as “Marijuana”, “Weed” or “Pot,” Cannabis is a plant that is grown for therapeutic, recreational and even industrial purposes that has dated as far back as 7000BC.

A strain, known formally as a ‘cultivar’, is a specific breed or variety of cannabis. More than 700 different strains have already been documented! The large number of cannabis varieties have been a result of genetic crosses originally made between indica and sativa varieties and subsequent crosses resulting in hybrids.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SATIVA AND INDICA?

Sativas are most often characterized as uplifting and energetic. They produce a cerebral (head-high), also described as spacey, or hallucinogenic. Sativas are considered a good daytime choice.

Indicas are often described as a body-high. They are enjoyed for relaxation, stress relief and calm. A good choice for sleep aid and in the evening.

THC vs. CBD?

The cannabis plant contains many cannabinoids. Two of the most prevalent are THC and CBD.

THC (delta-9tetrahydrocannabinol) is the primary cannabinoid in cannabis that is responsible for the plant’s psychoactive effects. THC also carries medical benefits.

CBD (cannabinoid) is the second most prevalent cannabinoid, which is non-psychoactive. CBD possesses unique abilities help with a plethora of ailments.

WHAT ARE TERPENES?

Every plant in nature produces terpenes, the aromatic oils responsible for – among other things- the plant’s scent, protection from predation and attraction for pollination.
